August 11, 2023: Pulser kit

The Pulser kit is a simple circuit which converts a square wave input (such as the markers from a VE3DNL kit) to a once per cycle brief pulse or spike. This pulse results in harmonics which are more even in amplitude than a square wave. More on this circuit can be found in my old markers.pdf file.

  • circuit uses a CD4011 quad NAND gate IC
  • Size is 1.5 x 1.5 inches.
  • Can be powered from either 12V or a 9V battery
  • price is $5 plus shipping/handling
